Guest Survey Checklist
When guests check out, they leave with something that’s vital to your vacation rental business — fresh impressions of the area, their vacation rental home and your management team. A guest survey makes it easy to collect this information, whether it’s multiple choice, checkboxes, one-to-ten ratings (Net Promoter Score) or other options.
